SHRED®300 workout

Complete each of the 5 exercises for 20-reps, one after the other until your finished with all 5… that’s 1-set.

rest 90-120 seconds and repeat 2 more sets. To push yourself a little harder time yourself in each set, and constantly try and beat your time.

  1. Skipping
  2. Inverted Row
  3. Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
  4. Bosu Drop Squats
  5. Skaters
