Today is the Day! One of those days, which can best be described as… blah!! On the west coast it’s grey, wet, cold and getting colder, and I’m sure we could all think of a million reasons to hunker down and wait it out. But then it hit me, like a ton of bricks…
I’m sure that there is someone out there in the universe who would give ANYTHING to have the opportunity to do the things that we take for granted.
Someone, who would absolutely LOVE to the ability to go out for a walk or push themselves through an amazing workout…,
Someone, who would jump at the opportunity to once again be in the drivers seat when it come to their health decisions…
Are you that someone? If not, you should be! And it really doesn’t matter what has happened in the past, as that cannot be changed. What can be changed is the future… YOUR future!
Now is the perfect time to align your goals and your actions, so that you can achieve optimal health over the coming months. Don’t fall by the wayside, and let yourself slide into bad habits. Right now you have the opportunity to set goals for what you want, so that when 2015 gets here, you’ll be ahead of the curve!
Now is the time to pull out your fitness checklist and note:
How active/inactive you’ve been over the year and WHY?
How are you going to avoid the temptations that this time of year has to offer?
And finally, how will this year be different from other years?
Once you have the answers to these questions, you’ll be ready to get SHREDDED in 2015 and lay the groundwork down for how the work will get done.
