This workout will focus on Legs & Core!

Don’t forget to do your warm-up, then make the necessary adjustments to suit your needs.
- 1-2 minute Skipping blasts are added throughout the workout, aim for 5-6 sets!!
- 4-Sets of 12-Reps – Bosu Drop Squats
- 4-Sets of 15-Reps – SB Hamstring Curls
- 4-Sets of 10-Reps – Bosu FFE split squat
- 4-Sets of 20-Reps – Skaters
- 4-Sets of 10+10-Reps – Deadlift + Shrugs
