SHREDnation, as promised, here is a nice little SHRED™300 – WOD workout of the Day (WOD) for you to do. If you’re like me and love a challenge, then you’re going to LOVE this workout. Time yourself for each of the 3 Sets, and take a 2-minute break between sets. You should be done in 20-40 minutes!
After a 5-10 minute warm up, the recipe is to:
Perform 5 Exercises (back to back)
For 3 Total Sets
Complete 20-Repetitions of each exercise
[5-3-20 = 300 reps], I like nice simple math!
