Frequently Asked Questions

The following is a technical issue which you may have

experienced, here’s what to do if:

  1. You are unable to login to the site (an error message popped up OR a message stating that your account is pending approval or is suspended popped up):
    1. Ensure that you are logged out
    2. Clear your cache (Go to TOOLS tab, on your internet browser Chrome, Safari, Explorer, or Firefox).
    3. Refresh your page

1. How do I add to the Training Log?

a. To add exercises, just join the group of those particular exercises.  The Training Log currently allows you to add only one exercise at a time (we are working to improve it though).

2. What is the Point System?

a. Everything you do from adding pictures and friends to making wall posts, joining groups, adding applications or video, etc. will earn you points!  From time-to-time we will be holding contests, so earning your points are important!

3. We are aware of the issue when trying to input your day of birth. Once the          problem is corrected we will get back to you.

Once you start Tommy Europe’s 10 LB SHRED E-Book or Target Training Series SHRED PACKS, you may have some questions. The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to assist you:

4. I just purchased the 10LB Shred on line, and was wondering how long until I receive it?

a)  You will receive the link within 48hrs via e-mail. Look for the download link in the email that you received after your purchase. IMPORTANT: TO USE YOU MUST PASTE THE LINK IN YOUR INTERNET BROWSER, you cannot connect by clicking it or opening it. Please email us if you still have a problem.

5. Supersets - Should you go through the whole workout one time before doing the next set (i.e. week 1 / day 1 has four groups of two exercises)?

a. Do a Burpee followed right away by Dumbbell, rest a minute and repeat again.

6. What is dynamic stretching?

a. It’s an active stretch that is found in the 10 LB SHRED program.

7. What does RPE stand for on your treadmill workout page?

a. It means Rate of Perceived Exertion (refer to Page 6 – Perceived Exertion Scale).

8. What equipment is needed for the program?

a. You will need:  a skipping rope, dumbbells, stability ball, resistance band (a couple different tensions would be best).

b. In the last few weeks of the program you will need access to a bar (for pull-ups) and a treadmill (for cardio).  If you don't have one you can substitute with trail running, biking, or swimming.

9. For the Treadmill Interval 2 Cardio Plan – do I do 5 reps of 1 minute sprints, speed 5 all in a row and then 5 minute sprints at speed 3, and on and on?

a. Do 5 sets of 1 minute sprints at 5 mph, immediately followed by 1 minute at 3mph (that's 1 set).

b. The same follows throughout the interval program.

10 LB SHRED Meal Plan FAQ

10. ½ melon – Do you just drink the lemon or eat the slices?

a. We mean MELON, NOT LEMON!  But a ½ serving of any type of fruit will be fine.

11. Snack yogurt – How much yogurt is that?

a. It is a ½ cup or an individual-size serving of ACTIVIA.

12. Tomato on day 1 lunch – How much tomato should I have?

a. As much as you would like – it’s FREE, AS ARE MOST VEGETABLES!

13. Where do I get a Kashi bar?

a. Safeway, Superstore, Capers, Whole Foods, Urban Fare, etc…  it’s sold just about anywhere.

14. *IMPORTANT* Include salad with every dinner – do you have any salad suggestions?

a. Here are some of my salad suggestions:

Ø 2 cups mixed greens with 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp slivered almonds, 15 blueberries

Ø 2 cups mixed greens with light salad dressing with 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp dried cranberries

Ø 2 cups romaine lettuce (Caesar salad) with ½ cup croutons, light Caesar salad dressing

Ø 2 cups mixed greens with ¼ cup sliced mango, ½ cup baby tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sugar, 1 tsp olive oil, 4 walnut halves crushed, 2 tbsp dried cranberries,

Ø 2 cups mixed greens with ½ tsp mustard, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 pinch sugar, lemon juice, grape tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sugar
